September 8 has special significance to Star Trek fans the world over. It was on that day, in 1966, when “The Man Trap” aired on television for the first time on NBC in the United States. To commemorate that day, the team at CBS All Access and StarTrek.com are putting together a wonderful event for this year’s Star Trek Day event.
Starting at Noon (Pacific Standard Time) on the 8th, fans can tune into the StarTrek.com site to hear panels from your favorite shows. The Next Generation’s own Wil Wheaton will be joined by Mica Burton as they kick off the three hours of panel discussions.
